Dubai has become the economic centre of the new Middle East and Africa (MEA) concept. Traditionally Africa-focussed businesses have been operated out of London or Paris. This is now shifting to Dubai, thereby creating the MEA region. ITL has moved its corporate offices from London to Dubai in recognition of this.
